I find it amazing the things you can stumble across on the internet. Whilst looking at things to see in Provence, I came across the website below highlighting the Allied Invasion of Italy along the same lines of the Normandy landings, which is something I had never seen or heard of before. The ability to quickly pin, things of interest as you browse the net and then have that collected on a very interactive space is a brilliant idea. when coupled with the ability to follow, share and collaborate the possibilities are endless. I love the fact the interface is so visual and the ability to post to a whole variety of boards for your areas of interest.
