Jotform is a brilliant and free survey tool that I have been using a lot recently to carry out student voice activities. It is really quick and simple to use and has a variety of output types, from a simple spreadsheet to an informative graphical report. It has a whole host of useful functions but i like it's simple and intuitive interface that allows you to construct a survey in just minutes. This really has been an invaluable tool and the staff I have shared it with also see its power.
